According to the upcoming issue of Newtype Ace, the previously announced anime adaptation of visual novel Fate/stay night will be a TV series broadcast in Fall 2014. The source vaguely mentioned that it will be a new story outside of the original work that told by Kinoko Nasu, but is very important and near Fate/Zero in terms of feeling and atmosphere. It was further stated that Shirou Emiya will play a more central role in the new series, and some of the characters' outfits will also be modernized from their original designs.
