what to do with this?? (need help/advice)

after seeing image i'm sure you've guessed the question...
How can i render transparent-borderless objects like flames, water, light etc...?

here's my try with using fuzzy select and paths tools, i kinda ended up with destroying it... :P

I usually find the same problem everytime. xD

It's either you use Fuzzy Select, Select by Color tool or just manually cut them using Paths tool. Most people just cut those effects though, it takes too much time to finish.
