Oh I see... I thought so too but when I tried moving it higher, I could barely see it because the background was too light. I tried darkening that area but after I did, L looked... dull. So I just left the text where it was.

i see...this is a tip i got from marutsu of AU...do an fx effect...drop shadow and put 1 px. on distance...spread and size...thats how i make the visible...you can also try other effect like outer glow or anything but not stroke...hope this helps...

i was wondering if you know clipping mask...cause you can actually do a lot of things with it...if not you can check the tutorial i posted...it was very easy to follow...

I checked out all the tutorials you posted so yep. I've used it quite a bit and I'm still exploring how to use it in different ways.

Hrm... I guess I was inspired by everyone on AU like Rami, Ofzen, Extartia, Terrah, Vezz, Cathyn, etc. Seeing their works really made me want to make my own ^^

1st, be careful with what renders u use, the black cat sig (black cat, right?) clearly has bad and pixelled edges :S (the render, sig is fine).
and 2nd, this is not a bad thing i guess, its a warning! xD
try to avoid getting used to monochromatic sigs, making them like that clearly makes all the work easier since u dont have to be careful with colors not matching but, in my opinion it will interfere with ur growth since its incompatible with some effects (or doesnt look as good as it should).
anyway, those r my comments for u so far ruri, keep up the good work!

Actually the original render wasn't pixellated... I think I sharpened the render too much. Oops XD Lesson learned though ^^

And the warning is duly noted. I'll try to push myself out of the safety zone.

Spread - 9
Size -12

on the first sig...the small text is really hard to read...the larger ones are okay...try using a simple on the on the smaller ones...and its a bit too sharpened...although nel-chan would love something like that...XD...

either way...i like both of them...

I'll definitely give that a try for my next sig. And I can't believe I made the same mistake again >_< I'll be extra careful next time.

Let your imagination run wild... Easy for you to say XD You guys take like 10 minutes to do a sig while it still takes me a few hours XD And mine are a lot more simple compared to yours.
